yes, sign up for UPS my choice on line, or call customer service. It takes some effort but with the right amount of sweet talking you can get them to hold packages at the distribution center for you.

planks w/ feet in bandit loops
jump rope with a 2" heavy ass jump rope

I do love the bullet proof coffee that much is true. I came across it while trying to figure out how to keep up my coffee addiction and be paleo. It's great but for day to day I started making lattes with coconut milk and almond milk. Seems to be working...

mixing it up a bit but sticking with Tabata none the less
4 exercises 10 sec rest in between x4 rounds, as opposed to 2 exercises 10 sec rest in between, x4 rounds.
squat lunges
grasshopper pushups
around the worlds w/sandbell
side to side jumps
dips off a bench w/ sandbell in lap
supermans
one legged planks right, then left
crunches
high knees for 1 minute
can you say sweaty...
