I noticed that the arm length of western shirts has increased about 1"~1.5" in the recent releases. Is it done intentionally?

Take size L for instance:

IHSH-07: 25.5"
IHSH-13: 25.0"
IHSH-33: 26.0"
IHSH-52: 25.3"
IHSH-56: 25.5"
IHSH-59: 25.5"
IHSH-62: 26.8"
IHSH-64: 27.3"
