It's 800 square feet.  The footprint of the whole basement here is about the a 1200.  So by the time you have taken all the space we dont use for office/storage, you're about spont on

gonna take some getting used to for me.  where is the area for me to be chained up & flogged? ???

seriously, congrats on the new space & on the growth.  what are you going to do with all the extra space in "the Castle"??

When we rebuilt the house, the space we how use as offices and storage was self contained apartment and a fishing room.  Those rooms will revert to what we originally inteneded.

It comes with a kitchen (with fridge) and a bathroom.  But more importantly, it is next to the wine cellar.............
