I'm 6' 1", but have a short, 31" inseam. I'm wearing my 666s unhemmed and stacked at least until the combs settle. Should this take more than a month of wear?

It'll depend on how often/long you wear them. If you wear them most of the day every day, then it could take less time.

I'm fortunate enough to be able to wear jeans to work, so it's all day, every day. They stack quite nicely with sneakers and boots so I'll probably just wait until after the first wash and decide then.

I'm 6'4", waist is 36"....built like a keg on stilts.  I cannot wear anything less that a 36" inseam.
