You didn't ruin them.  They may have stretched a bit, but just wear them!  I always hang my pants (and other things) from the heaviest part.  If you want to avoid stretching your inseam hang from the top block

Yeah, I dont really know why I hung them from the hem. I wasn't thinking right cause I thought it'd dry faster lol  >:( yeah, total dumbass, overthought moment haha. But I looked at the hem and it didn't seem to really have stretched in one particular area. Maybe very minimal but not really noticeable. I've read people hang from the hem after a wash or soakand some frown upon it. I just want to make sure I didn't ruin the jean as a whole :-\

I think the only thing that will ruin them as a whole is if you set them on fire.   I'm sure your pair will survive the torture of being hung upside down  ;)

Just machine washed my jeans and the washing machine is now stained with some indigo. Any idea how to remove the stains? And will it transfer on to other clothes?

^You can remove that easily by rubbing the stains with a damp/wet cloth ...

Or you can just run it again with no clothes in there

In the UK we have something called Calgon, which is a wash tablet that removes limescale from the washing machine. I find that if you run a hot cycle with one of these, and a stain removing agent like Vanish it sorts your machine out no problem.

In my experience, those marks only go away when scrubbed by hand, but they really don't transfer much even if left there. Personal preference.

Your machine was gone? You mean the stains were gone?

And thanks for the input guys. Appreciate it

A friend of mine owns one of the franchises. Basically, if you're not already in shape, forget it!

Yeah, I think I'll be ready for it sometime in the fall. Need to start hitting the weights soon to be ready

But was wondering what folks think about replacing a traditional weight lifting program with this. I'm past the school of thought where I need to be able to lift a truck, want functional strength

Crossfit is essentially about explosive movements and muslce endurance, both of which you get from traditional weight lifting. In my opinion, if you're replacing one with the other, you're good to go, just expect to sweat alot more and don't expect to bulk up. If anything, you will trim down.

Ever considered Girya (kettlebells) Doug? Especially just sportgirya, simplified and uses basically only 4 moves.
