Got this today for cheap at ebay new but claimed store display by the seller, there are some marks but for $132 including shipping i was tempted to open my wallet, and i am happy with my purchase.

Good move those are terrific. I kind of like when there's already a scuff, takes away that first crestfallen feeling when you do something to your gear.

how do they compare in terms of size and quality between the wolverine and RW?

no its chippewa, i can't say quality is better than the other they are of different leather i think, but the 1000 mile leather seems thicker in the tounge. about sizing i only have the moc toe red wing and its 1 size bigger though both are size 8

@ dlaz; i think its the other way, my RW moc toe and wolverine 1000 mile are both size 8 but the RW seems one size bigger. i can size down to 7.5 with RW.
