Actually, she is going away with her family (20 of them) to a Villa in Spain.  I was invited, but quite frankly I'd  rather chew my toes off and sprinkle the raw stumps with salt unfortunately someone has to run the business..... :-X :'(

Yes, this exactly. Even back in the dark ages of Windows 95 and local printers hard wired to the desktops, printers were the source of 75% of my work.  The other 25% was "user error"; the unbelievable stupidity of the people having problems with their computer.

Giles: you really should meet my dad and watch his PC skills... Told him to aim his mouse at the mid of the screen and he physically picked up the thing and placed it against it... My uncle witnessed that as well and I honestly didn't think either of us was gonna survive the 15 minutes of breathless laughter which ensued...

I once had to explain to an older lady in our office how to comply with the command, "press any key to continue".  She couldn't find the "Any" button on the keyboard.
