We don't mind which method you use to return the goods, we'll leave that decision up to you, but if the goods do not arrive here, we are afraid that we can't accept responsibility for the loss.

VERY IMPORTANT BIT
If you are sending the goods from outside of the EEC, it is important that you mark the items as a return, please also declare the value at no more than USD30. If you do not do this, we will end up paying taxes and duties on the item for a second time around.
