Iron Heart will never give your information to any third parties and it will only be held by Iron Heart as a means to track orders and advise you of any new products and promotions.

• We are committed to protecting your privacy and we comply with the data protection laws applicable to the UK. This Privacy Policy outlines how your personal information is treated and forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
• We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
• We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
• We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. 
• We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.
• We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
• The type of information we may collect about you includes Your Name, Address, Phone Number & Email Address
• We do not store, nor will we at any time store financial details (credit or debit card numbers)

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

DELIVERY

If we have your jeans in stock, we will do our best to send your order the next working day.

UK DELIVERY
All deliveries will be sent Royal Mail First Class. There is no additional chage for this service

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We are delighted to fulfil orders overseas where local import duties may be payable on receipt. We normally send either Air Mail with Royal Mail or via UPS. There is no additional charge for this service.

For delivery in mainland Europe, we aim to deliver within 3 working days of order, but sometimes those darn packages just seem to take a little longer - for some reason deliveries to France are very variable time-wise.

For delivery outside of UK and mainland Europe, we also aim to deliver within 4 working days of order but again sometimes it just seems to take a little longer.

If you would like us to ship using a specified carrier, that is no problem but additional charges may apply. Get in touch and we'll let you know

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
We really try hard to make sure that we have a broad selection of styles and sizes in stock. Unfortunately, we sometimes get it wrong and we run out of a particular jean. Best thing to do is drop us an email or call us to check specific stock info. If the worst comes to the worst, we can usually get a special delivery in from Japan (at no extra cost to you) but it can take a couple of weeks.
