The same or following working day from receipt of order. If for any reason this is not possible, an email update will be sent.
All shipments with the exception of Russia and Canada are shipped via UPS (in Europe we use UPS Standard, for the rest of the world UPS Express). For Canada and Russia we use EMS (Parcelforce). All services are tracked and must be signed for.
Once your package is collected, you will automatically receive an email from UPS or Parcelforce notifying you of the tracking number. These emails have a number of hyperlinks in them and may end up in your spam folder. We will also send a confirmation of shipping with the tracking number.
On orders totalling the equivalent of US$200 or more, free worldwide shipping is included in the price. For smaller orders the cost is shown on the product order page.
UK about 24 hours, Europe 3-4 working days and the Rest of World 2-6 working days.
Of course, we accept returns providing they are unworn, in a resalable condition with all tags still attached. Please contact us before returning an item. Refunds will be made by original payment method.
We don't mind which method you use to return the goods, we'll leave that decision up to you, but if the goods do not arrive here, we are afraid that we can't accept responsibility for the loss.
VERY IMPORTANT BIT
If you are sending the goods from outside of the EEC, it is important that you mark the items as a return, please also declare the value at no more than USD30. If you do not do this, we will end up paying taxes and duties on the item for a second time around. Upon receipt of returned goods, Iron Heart will issue a full refund for the amount paid for the goods or give an exchange credit as required.
Please allow 7 working days for returns to be processed once they reach our warehouse and a further 3 days for any refund to appear in your account.
