Vagrant
UK / Australia
Iron Heart / Pronto PIH5DCT
When New

The Evo

Moved from the UK to Aus at this point. Had my machine on the container, and destroyed my phone in the meanwhile, losing a few good months of updates.

Final Submission

Time flies. Thanks @Megatron1505 for organizing and running the comp. Thanks everyone for sharing your sweet fades! There are some seriously jaw dropping pairs in here. Well done!
Edit: All in all these survived a move from London to Sydney, the hottest Sydney summer on record, a couple of crotch blowouts, three repairs and five soaks / hand washes.

Boots by Wesco / Re: IHWE-WB - Iron Heart Int'l x Wesco® - 8" Burgundy Smooth-Out Walking Boot

I'll share my love for these boots. They've had around 20 months of solid stomping. I've killed lesser boots in a shorter space of time - these, i've barely broken in
Had them re-heeled recently, and i've rubbed them down with some neatsfoot before the photos, as they were looking a bit parched.

@Dion @Filthy - Cheers! They're practically a second skin now. I'm enjoying them more than i thought possible.
@spitfiredealer - I feel your pain. I don't know how I survived last summer, but i'm sure glad the contest finishes before the temps and humidity get too bad down here.

This is my early May update. I'll get some action shots soon for June.
5th soak, right after i broke a bottle of cologne over them. At least they won't smell bad for a bit

Quick question - Does anyone know where i can get a set of Vibram 100 heels in Oz? I've tried a number of places in the States and Canada, but for whatever reason they won't ship to Australia.

Cheers for the updates gents. They are all looking amazing.
Mine have just had a hand wash, which brings the total up to five now. The temps have dropped to the mid 20s making them a hell of a lot more comfortable to wear. Sorry, they're a bit blurry this time around.

Keep em coming. Loving the new updates.

Yeah, the heat's been challenging. When it was approaching 38C/100F i had to start wearing a thin pair of thermals which paradoxically made my legs feel cooler. The denim was getting so hot in the sun it was somewhat uncomfortable. As a bonus they soak up the sweat, and not transfer too much to the denim.

First rate writeup, @neph93. It looks like we came upon IH from a similar outlook, however that was far more articulate than anything i could muster.

Thanks guys,
This denim is amazing. They've been pretty pliant since the beginning. I beat the hell out of them moving to Sydney, and since moving here the indigo has just fallen off them. I'm lucky enough to live a 40 minute walk from work and have a job i can wear them, so in between the walking, the hills, the humidity, wrestling the kids on weekends and the occasional cycle, they've seen some action.
My only regret is not getting another pair when they were available.
