^^ this is a mighty fine looking meal!!!!

Thanks @RoxRocks86 - it didn't taste too shabby either  8)
Looks really good! I need to do ribs again soon.

Is that a joe JR? How do you like it? I have a large big green egg and have a joe JR ordered on the way in the next week or two.

I thought the jr was a good size for more high heat stuff and use less charcoal than the large egg.

Tim gunn and Heidi Klum visiting SE NYC. Lots of IH shown throughout. Now I gotta go watch it on Amazon.

Working on some more dutch oven sourdough. I really need a proofing basket, and Im learning that I need to cut deeper into them to get a good line. It never really works out right.

Pretty happy with that crumb though

Although so far only on the trainer,  im excited to maybe get back on the roads too.

Looks good G!

Today was the day! Made sourdough yesterday and let it rise in the fridge overnight.

Think it doesn't look half bad! Definitely learnd a few things along the way and can make some changes for next time

Last night made my 3rd batch, im willing to accept my first two tries were complete misses

This batch however actually is bread! I'm not sure I would classify the others as that....

Also got my sourdough starter going. So once it comes alive I'll give that a go too.

I'm thinking maybe my next loaf ill give a try on the big green egg.

I finally pulled the trigger on an IHT. Over the years I've had a little bit of everything else, never a T though. Idk why, but it was definitely time.

I am very excited to check this out. Went with OD, with black to come shortly after Id be willing to bet.... its a slippery slope

Did anyone here who has an Egg (the BBQ one!!!) tried to bake bread in it? We did Pizza several times on a pizza stone in ours with great results... tihinking about giving bread a try.
I've got a BGE and I've been thinking about this. I feel like it may add some cool flavors to it. If you do it let me know how it goes

So yesterday morning I made my first few loafs, actually 4 because I didnt like how the first one looked the finished productis in the pictures. Second batch of 2 looked so much better than the first.  I did just a basic bread while I wait on some sourdough starter.

I gotta say for my first attempt, although ugly it wasn't that bad

Book came in a few minutes ago too, fresh from Amazon. Thanks for the enable to pick it up. I'll be looking at that shortly
