Umm what are you guys waiting on? :) Killer deal on an amazing shirt. There isn't anything awry with this shirt's fit. I measured it and it most def is congruent with the sizing chart-XXL.

Word. Remember getting into Japanese denim (all of idk 6 years back) and reading folks opining about the lack of diversity in IH (likely referring to Haraki San fade hate-kidding! haha) and the 21oz. With the unparalleled IMHO construction, they actually last longer than a crotch blowout and we see some really amazing outcomes that look naturally worn instead of super high contrast fades (which are awesome too of course).

@adam313, fantastic man. Well done. Needed this motivation to get mine back into rotation. I was thinking maybe(?) the contemporary OD stuff may be more fade stubborn than say the IHSH-99, original OD-33 et al. (original OD method). But yours likely used the same process. Certainly seems that way after my 99 turned so quick. Different fabric, etc. Just curious.

@Bfd70 Sorry not to fawn. These boots are worn for like yard work, playing Siegfried and Roy with my tree rats , manly shit. It's a weird boot/last as other's have indicated. Hard to get on yet the instep is sloppy leading to the inevitable insole(s) fix then with the horween the toe box/instep stretched out with the volume increase imho. Didn't experience this so much with the Badalassi. Still love em though. The S&S horsehide version is dope AF. Would I buy them for full price knowing how these two fit? Not a chance. True story. Hope this helps others.

Actually soaked these and the Badalassi in warm water. Was bored and annoyed with the excess (imo) toe box and instep leather. They indeed shrunk up and look better IMHO. Toe box is perfect. Finally determined with a sole of such a height combined with the minimal toe box space in the engineer, even half soles weren't for me and these work great without an insole...once they're broken in and the toe bed conforms to the foot. Couldn't even fit my foot in the toe box with an insole now. Just perfectly laid on the foot thereafter. Look pretty good with the XHSib.

Fwiw to those for measurements: 2 consecutive hot soaks for 1-2 hours ea. with subsequent light agitation. Really consistent shrinkage throughout fit. Congruent with others, .5" shrinkage on average throughout. For the first time experienced appreciable "white marks" (soaked inside out) and they essentially blended in with some rubbing with dry towel. No biggie.

First pair of raw selvedge I’ve hemmed. Always marveled at how well my 666 19Ls and the like fit and they happen to be a 34” inseam. This appears to really help with “knee break” and just a much better overall drape; took me awhile to get the courage to commit to a hem as I prefer a longer inseam/stacking and have a long inseam for 6’ height, however, with heavier weight the drape I’ve learned is exponentially better even going from 35.5” to 34” inseam. Wish I got all my jeans hemmed to 34”ish. And IMHO, the 634 fit is best represented via a slim fitting profile such as the 634 SEXIH13. Measurements on mine are almost identical for these to get an idea how they ‘ll fit.

Fantastic fit @Smiladon. Surprised you all have very minimal if any knee bags with such a slim fit. My heaviest IH (appear heavier than my 666 uhr), 634 sexih13 developed some and I did everything to prevent.
