Yes. Travelling is the challenge - limiting myself to 2 suitcases + managing 3 cats...

My family & I are relocating to France for a year (on the Eastern side of Paris, in Val-de-Marne, where I'm from). The not so fun part is that I need to deal with the estate of my parents. The good part is that my son will have the experience to live in the house I grew up in and go to the same school I went to. Hopefully, he'll come out of it fully bilingual.

I'd like a heavyweight yarn dyed indigo t-shirt - most variations OK (pocket, sleeve length, henley or crew).

Fasting is excellent for you, and this has been proven in animal studies at least with regard to cancer, etc. I have done several fasts, lasting 3, 5, or 7 days, without any problem at all. I trained strength training and BJJ during those - again, no issue.

People interested in the potential benefits of fasting (and other health & fitness issues) should check out the podcasts of Dr. Rhonda Patrick (https://www.foundmyfitness.com) and Dr. Peter Attia (https://peterattiamd.com).

Amazon's "The Boys" is dark, violent, and very, very funny. Highly recommended.

For me the deciding factor were (1) ability to play music from the watch, even without the phone, and (2) how good the HR monitor is (I like to track it when exercising and Polar was not working out anymore...) I got the cheaper aluminum model... It's kind of crazy the premiums they charge for steel and the larger size, given the innards are the same.

It integrates beautifully with the Apple ecosystem - much better than I thought.

As for me I just got myself an Apple Watch 4, in 40mm, and I have to say I really like it. It's not going to replace the Omega, Grand Seiko, and Cartier, but the feature set is unique & very useful to me.

Let me rephrase: I don’t recall having seen so many pics of Gilles smilling in such a short time. Clearly this trip must have been a lot of fun.

It's rare to see Gilles so smily...
