@jason1967 would be great to have a retailer up in Scotland, maybe we can persuade @Danny RnH that Rivet & Hide Edinburgh should be his next venture!

Despite having visited Edinburgh several times for business I didn't know the city at all really, but friends bought a house (holiday home) there a few years ago and we visited in August 2018 and had a ball.  Walked and walked all over town, and spent some time at the festival, which was amazing - so we got to know it a bit, and are certainly looking forward to going back.

And our friends are planning to move to Edinburgh permanently because they love it so much :)

Fantastic photos, @neph93 - the view from the cabin looks very different from when we were there late July!

Amazing buns BTW  :D

Thanks @den1mhead - it's a large, white space and furniture rental is silly pricey here so we've kept it fairly spartan, but we're happy with the way its come together, and fortunately it's well heated because it's very, very cold outside.

Some of you longer-term members may remember the lovely Ayumi?  She was Haraki san's interpreter until she moved to New York and married, and the lovely Sarina took over the role.

She paid us a visit at the showroom yesterday with her GORGEOUS 6-month old son, Kai  :)

Excited to see you @babyknight @ROman and @Jett129.

Sorry to hear you can't make it @Matty123 and hope the kids get well very soon.

@DougNg how did you break your ankle?  Sounds horrible, and I apologise for the total lack of sympathy from your forum friends  :D :D :D
