I think I listened to this everyday of my freshman year of high school(98'). This is what all those screamo bands want to sound like.

Timberland Boot Co boots are pretty awesome. I have 5 pairs right now, actually. Usually buy cheap and sell them used after I abused them for around the same price I bought them for. I usually only go for the Tackhead Style which has bad ass screwed on Vibram soles. Pretty sure it's Horween Leather and they're lined with wool. I've had 5 versions of the Tackhead line and I haven't been disappointed yet. I'm stepping it up and gettin some Wescos though. Timbo Boot Co basically rips off wesco anyways.

Here's a pic of some Tackheads with my barely worn IH634s I got off SuFu a few days ago.

Saw the original on Reddit. Amazing what was done with it.

Urban - great pick ups there; shurons are nice - similar to the illesteva in the sunglasses thread

I really like the twist on the duffel but for those interested the real deal for not much bucks - get a Gloverall, especially if it's the wool from Fox Brothers. Some of their heavyweight wool weighs in at nearly 30oz

I like gloverall too. The Toggle Barn Coat is made out of raw selvedge denim from the Cone Mills of North Carolina which has a nice feel.

Switched from the the RayBan Clubmaster to the Original made in USA Shuron Ronsir with Clip-On Sunglasses.

Also, went a little crazy on jackets at the Barneys Sale.

3 Filson Black Labels(waxed jean jacket and 2 wool bombers) and 2 Perfecto by Schott (Waxed Cafe Racer and Denim Toggle)

Lax, if you're gonna desaturate the first image so much you might as well just make it BW. When you bring it down that much it just ends up looking muddy and too brown.

Bring up the blacks in the second image because they're def under exposed. Don't know if you're shooting to RAW but I do most of my color tweaking in RAW.

Arrow, I'm looking forward to seeing your fit pics.  I've got a pair of the 1105EX (23oz) and they fit really well after initially not being able to close the top two buttons.

This is encouraging to read for me....

The not being able to do-up the top two buttons part? I know…haha. SGs are stubborn mother's. I put about two hours of work into mine every morning. But they are simply too dope to give up on.

This is definitely encouraging. I can't button the top button, but this means it could happen haha. Posted mine up on some forums for trade to try and size up and all I got was trash talk so far.

Strike Gold SOLD, PRPS SOLD, FLAT HEAD SOLD

Strike Gold SG1103EX Tag Size 33

Actual measurements BIG style after soaking the bottom half of the legs, NOT the waist.
17.5in waist (35)
36 inseam uncuffed(unhemmed)
9.2in leg opening

I was trying to fit into these(stupid), but they are just too tight. Soaked the legs once and wore them around the house twice to try and see if I could stretch the waist, just not happening, according to the guy that sold me these, they are the heaviest jeans that Self Edge carries and he said they would stretch to fit me, but I just cant get it to happen. I tried them on in teh store and I could almost button the top button, so I thought I would try because I wanted a tight waist. They are $495 retail.

I'm really looking to size up or trade for a similar heavyweight jean with an actual waist size of 36-37.5 depending on whether they have been soaked or not, in almost new condition. I am really sad about not being about to fit in these. They are an amazing pair of jeans and the first pair of heavyweight jeans I have bought. I'm new to the denim game, so take it easy on me.

From Self Edge
   •   23oz Unsanforized Japanese Selvedge Denim
   •   Gold Spark Selvedge Id
   •   Hidden Rivets
   •   Button Fly
   •   Deerskin Leather Tag
   •   Iron Male Rivet - Copper Female Rivet
   •   Straight Fit
The SG1103EX jean is a straight leg fit with a great cut for all body types with a medium rise and a classic fit. This jean is made of a heavy weight denim with a gold spark selvedge id that comes completely loomstate so it's sure to age really well with a high-contrast fade. The jean has a burly feel to it at first due to the rigid denim that comes in it's loomstate form, after a warm water soak the denim opens up a bit and begins to soften with wear.
Due to the abrasive nature of the denim when raw the jean will age faster than most jeans and yield an extremely high contrast fade with normal wear. Strike Gold has gone to the extent of getting custom rivets made which have a male part made of iron and a female piece made of copper. The reason for this is that the male piece will begin to rust over time but the female piece will darken and leaf over time giving the wearer a well rounded aging pattern even on the rivets. Crazy for some, essential for others.

Flat Head Winter Heavy Flannel - Mustard - 42
Actual 21.5in P2P

$275 retail
http://www.selfedge.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=68&products_id=387

This is already rinsed so it wont shrink.

Just looking to size up to 23-25in P2P in a similar flannel.
Otherwise will sell for $150 SOLD or open to other trades.

PRPS Chore Jacket

23in P2P

This is an actual sample I got as part trade for some work I did with PRPS designer, Donwan Harrel.
I wore it maybe once and it was used in the lookbook photoshoot. It's a very nice fall jacket, pretty lightweight. Very nice details.

Will sell for $150 SOLD or trade

http://www.ironheart.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=1537.msg97386#msg97386

we meet old school face to face & completed the transaction painfree.  he had on these really cool cottonducks from a brand he mentioned, but escapes my mind at the moment.  cool dude & he put gas in my car for the week  :)

thanks sir

Thanks again for the jeans. The pants I was wearing were from Oxen Workwear. You should check them out. Really cheap, I think they were $70 for the double knee ducks. A lot of really useful pockets and a slimmer fit compared to the similar looking Carhartts in that price range.
