Download the 720p seasons of Deadwood (has English subs) and go nuts... Trust me (and Geo)... You'll love it... I have 5 invites left to a very decent private BitTorrent site, so feel free to drop me a PM for one... Or if someone wants to buy my DVD boxset for (real) cheap...

What's this about english subtitles? It's not in french is it? I CANNOT watch anything that's been dubbed. The french do it all the time and it drives me mad. I see Jack Nicholson..but I hear some squeeky bit part d-list french actor fuckwit.

Fuck dubs... I prefer using the English subs on Deadwood though cause English isn't my 1st language and in these series they do tend to use a lot of fancy sayings and lyrical wordings...

No shame in that mate. The US apparently had subtitles for Trainspotting when that came out  ;)

TV shows:

FRINGE the best!
BREAKING BAD the coolest
RUBICON the weirdest (in a good sense)
MISFITS the awesomest!

Recent movies:
I loved INCEPTION.

True story; helped a lot, since I'm from the South (US) and we talk slooowly- the famed "Southern drawl".  Those fast talking Scottish bastards were hard to follow.

Fuck dubs... I prefer using the English subs on Deadwood though cause English isn't my 1st language and in these series they do tend to use a lot of fancy sayings and lyrical wordings...

Shit, Seul, Deadwood's sometimes tough to follow for native English speakers; like Bertoni said, no shame in wanting subtitles at all.

We only speak quickly because we have a really good grasp of the language . . . so I guess I can understand why you're so slow . . . ;)

It took me a really long time to read that, what with having to sound out the big words and all.

Wanker.
