Looking very good, although I will have to consider the wackiness of those arcs a bit…

Hmmmm, that's a very high rise, but the other measurements look pretty good. I'll be curious to see what a size 32 looks like. I'm not hyped about the pocket stitching either, but that's why stitch rippers were invented, isn't it?
-
looks like if you pull out the horizontal stitch you will end up with upside down Levi arcs. would look nice (to me!)
-
When I saw the horizontal stitching I thought it was half lined but g explain it's an letter A which is still a mystery
-
I'm very excited Giles about this. You're openness to good ideas and ability to exectue to this standard will be a testiment to your intergrity in this company.
-
I am completely with Haraki on this one…
-
nope, IH has never been a repro in terms of cut. Basically - the only thing that would qualify them for the title is manufacturing standards
-
Well, the 634S is based loosely on a '66 cut, but there all sorts of subtle changes; size and placement of pockets etc. Haraki may take a concept or design and modify it or Harakify it, but he does not get turned on by being given an existing pair of jeans and being asked to copy it. That does not get his creative juices going - which is good. having said that, I have had a lot of requests for a 55 cut in the 21oz selvedge and that compounded by a specific request from a retailer made me bite the bullet.
-
yap, modified , but not a 66 cut per say..anyways - u repro fans should consider yourself lucky and buy 2 pairs to make Haraki & Giles happy
-
really looking forward to this one and I'm sure, as with all IH products, the final outcome will be topnotch
