Nine Lives Destroyer of Worlds Black Hoodie

Tsuriurake loopwheel hoodie in black designed and made in Japan by Nine Lives.

The Tsuriurake hanging loopwheeled fabric is made using the only two gravity-woven machines left in the world, creating a beautifully bulky but light luxury French Terry jersey.

The tailored styling with modern hood and two-way zipper creates the perfect silhouette ready for all seasons.

This hoodie looks badass! For anyone interested, it's available in both colors for the sale price of $225 at the self edge warehouse (not to take away from Sonder, but a steal is a steal). Lot's of sizes too. Nine lives makes amazing clothes out of great fabrics.

i bought this in size M. Here's my feedback:

1) even though the title says 18oz but the fabric is quite thin, soft and doesn't feel like 18oz (more like 10oz).

2) the length of this hoodie is a bit long (2-3 inches). should have been a bit shorter.

Overall, my rating for this hoodie is 7/10.

@ionlybuy18ozplus sorry that you were sold one listed as 18oz, Ian from Nine Lives has confirmed they are not that heavy.

With regards to the length, did you try to wash yours to remove shrinkage?

Measurements in inches on an XL, washed at 40 Celcius on 600 spin setting

Hi Alex,

Yes I did but the amount of shrinkage was barely noticeable in the length.

This is XL I am 6'3 around 200lbs. I have Loppwheels from a few brands. Its not quite as heavy as IH but heavier than Loopwheeler or Doubleworks. In the front the material is folded over and sewn so it is twice as thick.
