Yes, but as the T&C's say, you can use our UPS returns service (which would prefer, then we can control the shipment and the importation*) it's USD35 from The USA....

* Someone sent us some jeans for repair recently and declared them at USD300 each, it cost us over USD150 in import tax and fees....

Could you guys give me a confirmation, that the pictures I uploaded via the homepage actually made it to you?

Everything looked OK, but I haven't heared anything back since almost two weeks, which is unusual for the IH crew.

Thanks Alex,

that's what I thought.

I resubmited both and the website said it was a success (it also stated that the first time).

Please let me know, if you got it. The pictures are around 4 mb each, maybe that's the reason they did not come through.

@Cole recieved your email. In the interest of ensuring others do not fall foul of the same issue, the reason your form was not working was you were trying to upload 4 photos. Instructions below:

Will contact PBS about the lack of error message when uploading too many photos.

Thanks @Alex , but that is not entirely correct.

I used the form twice. So I entered the info, attached two pictures, send them and got a message that it was a success.

Then I reopened the fade trade section with the link from the main site and repeated that process.

Technicaly I did not send 4 pictures at once. I send two pictures twice.  ;) :D
