Despite my best intentions, my office will probably look the same long after travel restrictions are lifted, so I shall look forward to you coming and sorting me out!

 :D

I'll have to make it over to Gosport sometime soon to see everyone. Not sure when that'll happen in the current climate, though.

Belgium's (finally) locked down...

Making a quick stew... Quorn sausages, quorn filets, onions, peppers, olives, tomatoes (canned, don't buy tomatoes during winter), passata, beans, lotsa of cayenne pepper and sweet pepper...

Other than that...

While we’re on the theme this is my «fuck the virus vegan curry» today. Red onions, mustard and karve seed, sweet potatoes, lentils, chick peas, tomato, assorted spices and some vegetable stock. Takes an hour from prep to the table and will feed all seven of us twice.

Sort of snap - though mine will end up as an aromatic beef curry.....

And, for good measure, I've decided to start making bread again.  Not sure that this one will turn out too good.  But I have 73kg of flour in sacks inbound.  I'll get better.....

You're the reason I can't buy flour at the local shop then!

Buy it in 16 and 25kg bags

Great value, great stuff....
