Thanks Jaco - on the NHS they'll be free, however, I'm not sure whether 'demanding' treatment is the correct course of action!

it is not. the system fails if that is the plan.

find a good doctor that you can trust, be honest, follow through, that's the best you can do

Note to self, dropping a 16kg bell during Skogg ladders was not one of the wiser things I have done.

Congrats y'all!

Haven't made it to the gym in two weeks on account of work. Feel like shit!  Deadline comes and goes today, can't wait to get back in there.

Think it, be it.

I dropped a 20 in our bedroom the other day.  Luckily, Julie hasn't noticed the black tinged divot in the carpet yet...

That 60 must have done some serious damage to the floor.

Surprised the 60 didn't go right through.

Hitting DDP yoga pretty hard a few times a week, gym the rest of the time and cycling 12 miles on yoga days.

ah yeah head's up Finn, once you stop eating bread your stomach gets used to it and totally f*cks itself if you magically start eating it again. Same deal on milk (different process, same f*ck out). I eat bread once in a blue moon and boy do I pay for it :|.

Turns out the body doesn't like poison when it's not used to it ;)

Though I never had problems with dairy even after periods where I stopped it.

Beginning of January to this morning.

Started this journey February 10th. As of this morning I have dropped 76lbs and now weigh less than 250. Kinda of crazy what you can accomplish when you put your heart and soul into. MikeC thank you again!
