Langlitz Leathers
-
Till (I miss him) is a big fan of Langlitz Leathers. Never heard about them, but when I was looking at Schotts, Till emailed me the Langlitz Leathers link : http://www.langlitz.com/
When Till says something is worth buying, you listen to him. That guy has got royal tastes.
The reason I passed is because through Langlitz – I'd have had to get something custom-made when Schott's already had the style I was looking for in a Ladies -- ready to go.

since ur bringing up black leather jackets - there´s non like the Julius Ram…leather is so soft that it feels like a second skin.

Kiya got fitted for a custom Langlitz last week. I wonder what it looks like and if he will post about it up here???

I've got two deposits for two jackets from Langlitz at present. Great people to work with and waaaaaaaaaaaay more options than you'd imagine from looking at their site. Their Japan site is the a lot easier to navigate and you can get some good info off the blog at that site: http://langlitzjapan.com/index.html

I have a goatskin Langlitz Cascade that I ordered here in Japan (so the price wasn't indicative of US prices) and plan to have them make another jacket when I visit Oregon in April. Really top notch quality and service and due to the economy the wait time was quite short.
Cool. They just finished some goatskin Westerns for me. I need to go pick them up.

I got a custom one made for me last year, i love it.
It's a black cowhide Cascade jacket with no collar and black goatskin elbow and shoulder padding and tan double zipper pulls. It's amazing. -
Just found this beautiful specimen today.
