I'll chime in with an argument for Self Edge Seattle. Or more specifically, Self Edge Bellevue. The Bravern seems like a nice location to me:
http://www.bravern.com/shops/ Huge denim culture (with a great history of work wear), tremendous Asian influence, and a more-than-competitive population of young, single millionaires that can spend their money on personal luxury items.
Microsoft, Google (second base behind Mountain View), Nintendo, Amazon, T-Mobile, Boeing, Nordstrom, Costco and dozens of other extremely profitable companies are based in the Bellevue area.
The close proximity to Canada is a huge bonus, too. There are malls in the area that broadcast announcements in English first, Chinese second. This is purely for tourists from Vancouver. I've seen them come down in buses, two at a time. The first is for people, the second is just for shopping bags.
Something to think about, Kiya. Coffee scene is a plus, too, right?
