Atelier LaDurance

I'm obsessed with this brand pretty much. Slowly but surely starting a collection of ALD items (made in France items, not the later stuff which was 'assembled' in China). So here is some denim pr0n. 2 year old Prescott overdyed. 32x35. 2-3 washes.
I spotted some laundry here and the flash went off as I was picking it out of the way, so sorry for the ass pic but the fades look good so..; Deal with my ass I guess ;D
14 oz Japanese denim

Atelier is awesome ! I have a Prescott myself and some belts and loving them all. I thought they are going to close and not continuing making clothes?
Great news if I´a mistaken there.

I have the saddlecross brown belt as well. Basically the belts are overpriced crap (design over quality), but the old(er) jeans are ace. And as far as I know ALD is a defunct label, indeed. They had a new 18 oz jeans in the makings but it won't happen. I'm after some of the older pieces, so if anyone can help me…
-
they really messed up with the made in china thing + asking same price and the mass market pre washed jeans
the belts are good quality imo -
Big SALE at Cultizm on all styles of these…

My Prescotts vs. my brother's new pair:
-
very nice. i really like the fit of the prescott and the design of the backpocket. one of my favortie jeans

Some more love… My 26 months old overdyed/ darktone Prescotts:
WTB:
That darktone Prescott jacket is NUTS…

Have to say still love these jeans…ALD offered cuts that no other brand (that i know of) offer in raw denim. Still wearin the Jeanspaleis Frontier, Royal and Novelty. Gonna take some adjustin but i'm seriously considering the 634s. Loving the shirts, jackets...not sure my wife will be loving me quite so much if I start gettin obsessed with the label like some on this here forum! Dangerous ground indeed...
-
Just got this woven ALD belt… Looks pretty much new... Paid 45 € portpaid for it...
And yeah: I'd go with the 634s as well seeing as how you like the fuller ALD cuts…
-
I sized down 1 - but they're roomy now already (~2 months old)… So go TTS if you want enough room to move about!.. Def won't be a snug fit then!..
-
yeah/ long gone

I never understood the Royal and Frontier fit - way too wide… The slimmer jeans were made in China so I never bothered... But my Darktones are just perfect... Leg opening a bit too wide perhaps but it contributes to its uniqueness...
-
Darktones with my new belt - size 90 (30-34) but way too big… Even for my dad who wears a 33-34"... Going to my local cobbler tomorrow to have some extra holes punched in and to cut off an inch or 2 of the front... Rather mutilate it then not wear it...
-
After its first machinewash in 28 months… Did 3 soaks prior to this... Still a bit damp btw...
