Power reserves are great for manual wind watches.

Call me simple if you will, but what the fuck is the point of a power reserve?  If you are wearing the watch and moving, it's going to have power, if not, you pick the fucker up occasionally and shake it.  If you forgot, then it'll stop, but it's not like firing up a Saturn Rocket to get it going again....
