Asked this myself a while ago. Won’t be one I’m afraid. Demand isn’t high enough. Shame as they are brilliant.

Really! That’s way bad news. They are the perfect thickness. They are the perfect height. They don’t lose shape. They are durable. I can’t find anything close.

Anyone want to make a suggestion for a thick, tall, durable sock?

Bought a few versions of taller Wigwam socks. In general I like the brand and find their product to be durable. They make good hiking socks. The above the calf socks are..... ok. Decent weight. Too stretchy. Seems are more noticeable than IH. Predict they will stretch out of shape relatively quickly. Also the size range has them a little big with the heel toward the achilles. Guess I’m probably looking for things to complain about. The IH socks just REALLY worked for me  :(

In too mourn the loss of the IH Engineer sock. I have about five pairs of them and maybe be more of the standard length. I also feel they fit me well, are very hard wearing and do a great job of wicking moisture.

I find the engineer only really necessary when I’m wearing 10-11” boots, with very stiff leather or a lining. My 11” burlap’s are soft enough in the shaft to get away with the work boot version. I’ll be wearing the engineer socks economically from here on in.

Anyone likes WRIGHT SOCKS? Picked up some pairs of the Cool Mesh 2 at my local running shop, Perfect for running and for casual stuff. They make boot socks too, everything is blister free and made in USA.
Les Paul -> ProCo Rat -> Super HardOn -> JCM800 Low Input

Yessir, I picked up a couple of pairs straight away and will probably add some more to my next order. But thanks for looking out!
