Dishes.  Can't stand dirty dishes in the sink.  Socks.  Always need to be paired with their match.  My wife is the complete opposite and 'pairs' one with any other.  I think this is what older couple who have been married a long time mean when they say marriage takes patience and sacrifice.

As far as clothes.  Hangers do all face the same direction, it just makes more sense that way.  I never let my button ups lay on the floor, always make sure they go on a hanger if they're not being worn or washed.  I can't stand a stack of folded button ups (gotta be on hangers).

Where to start?........................

Loading the dishwasher, similar items of cutlery are grouped together making it easy when unloading and putting the cutlery back into the cutlery drawer.  I am calling this one an "optimisation" trait.

Drives me nuts when when dissimilar drinking glasses are mixed up in the cupboard, they should of course be grouped together. Also pint glasses with printed logos, the logos all face the front of cupboard.

There is no 'I' in team ............... however there are five in 'individual brilliance'.

Of course ... that's the least that could be done!  :)

This is the correct way when you have toddlers who like to slap at the roll to watch it unspool.  I'm told cats do the same thing.

^^

I don't think it matters which way the bog-roll hangs when toddlers are involved. Slap or pull is irrelevant, as long as the end result is the same.

Inspired by the discussion re: how to lace up your sneakers here, I thought we should dedicate a thread to what really is all within us, otherwise we would not here here....

I have serious «completionist» tendencies. If something exists in three iterations and I own two of them, I have to have the third, even though I don’t need it (or in some cases particularly like it).

This extends to music as well. Before streaming and downloading, if I liked a band/artist based on one or two albums I’d hunt down everything they’d ever done despite knowing much of it would be crap.

Get ahead, go figure, go ahead and pull the trigger,
Everything under the gun.

Why would someone do this? I meant copy a thread?
Maybe so. Maybe not

Dunno, but they are now merged....

@Finkster hahaha. We moved house in December 2017. The removal guys took one look at my music room, looked at each other and sighed. Not in an envious 'wow' kind of way, more a 'for fuck's sake...' way  :D

Same, except i'd take that a step further and sometimes own duplicates of albums -- cd and vinyl. My music buying days are pretty much over but I am a sucker for limited edition releases, especially if they're on colored vinyl. I have a few vinyl releases that are still in their shrink wrap too. The problem with this collectors mentality is that if you buy vinyl and just let it sit in the shrink wrap the sleeve will eventually bend and warp over time.  :(
