I quite liked it. I'm just getting started, when it comes lambics and the american versions thereof, though. If pressed for a description, I'd say, I liken it to a somewhat funky, earthy, sour, overripened pear. I was able to get my hands on a bottle of 3F. I'll be enjoying that on Thanksgiving Day. It'll be interesting to get a greater sense of the style...
