A local beer/wine store/taproom is having their 4th anniversary. To celebrate the occasion, they enlisted Eagle Park to produce a beer for them. It's an impy stout, with nibs and vanilla. A 12%er that endured a 9 hour boil. It was packaged 2 days ago, only in barrels, and available on tap, or in growler form. Got my growler, today. Fresher is definitely better.....

That looks glorious @scooter.  I love it when you get that tan colour to the foam. Got back on the impy train myself last night. This one was brilliant. I’ll be picking up one or two more....

^in actuality, I prefer IPAs, but it’s been so darn hot, the Modelo has been helping me hold down the fort :)
