Making slow dried Sicilian spaghetti with tomatoes, zucchini, peppers, paprikas, olives, paranuts and tunafilet.
I'll let you know if I survive. Well, it's simple really… If you don't see me posting anymore, I didn't...

Making spagh-epic…
First: the vegetables... Two courgettes, two handful of cherry tomatoes, couple of purple and yellow carrots, paprika, a huge arse pepper, some tomato sauce, onion, spicy olives, salt and thyme... All of it organically grown in the next village by mentally and physically challenged lads and lasses. It doesn't come more politically correct...
Second part: quorn bits with spicy falafel and pumpkin seeds with tomato sauce.
Third part: quinoa spaghetti.
Fourth part: eat like a pig for two days.

I have tried this Quinoa pasta. It's not bad.

'Tis the season… I just put it in the oven for 15', that way you can eat the peel... (Read: that way you don't have to peel the bloody thing…) With sweet potatoes and grilled seitan steak…

Best toy for grilling. Just got it for Father's Day. No more guessing when meat or fish is at the proper temp.

Pumpkin soup with whipped cream and roasted seeds
That looks lovely.
I like to put a spoonful of peanut butter in mine.

Breakfast of champions… Or, in lieu of G's follow up post: the breakfast of people who now feel like a bit of a dick...
- organic muesli (2% sugar)
- soy yoghurt
- organic, fairtrade banana
- fairtrade coffee (yet to be made, after breakfast)
- soy milk

Breakfast of Champions - The-morning-after-your-mother-dies-and-you-need-sustenance edition…...Seriously, Mum had been pretty ill for a long time and her passing actually was a blessed release, she was a wonderful lady, but was done with life....She's in a better place.....
No need for you to comment and derail this thread….

Breakfast is really the only thing I'm willing to eat at McDonald's. They do several things quite decently, though the sausage McMuffin is my favorite.

Mmmmm, Bojangles…
I'm more of a country ham biscuit guy, though.
