Mother Butter Chicken - again......

Do you have a butter chicken recipe you recommend? Or any specific types/brands of curry or spices and whatnot?

@ROman Funny, I was thinking about you the other day.  I have not seen a post from you in a while and was hoping all was well.  Good to see you around!!

As mentioned before, it has been a disappointing year for chilli ripening, so I cropped most of the remainder we had on plants.  In the warming drawer drying out, so I can make into powder later...

I don't normally do fish fingers, but if I did, they'd probably be the best fish fingers in the world.....

Bonus points for telling me who coined this construction.....

Pickled onions are my fuckin jam.

My first thought for your small but colorful pepper bounty was to pickle them, but you are well versed in the art of brining.

How did your preserved lemons turn out?

My wife has been on a "bowl" kick lately. We shoot for healthy, but i have to add my own twist sometimes.
Braised red Cabbage
Wood fired Cauliflower
Wild Rice Brats (from a local famer near us. incredibly good quality but equally as expensive)
Whole Grain mustard yogurt sauce
soft boiled egg
Pickled Jalapenos from our garden
Fresh Cilantro
