@louisbosco I actually prefer xbox controllers, and this one is extra nice. I really like the clicky D-pad and the RB and LB placement is perfect so you barely have to move your index finger to press it.
With the PS5 those frequencies they have the memory and GPU clocked to are unusually high. So it seems like it is is bound to run hot. Also the use of liquid metal on the CPU is slightly concerning because it contains gallium, and that dissolves both copper and aluminum. So over time the gallium become aerosolized by the fan and will leave traces of the gallium on the other components. And they are literally using a sponge to keep the liquid metal contained. They have plated the some of the aluminum components with nickel to help mitigate corrosion, I guess.
It would be fine for about 5 years or so. But after that I expect that there will be traces of dissolved copper throughout the internals. I have a gaming laptop that was overclocked and used LM and the entire laptop is full of dissolved copper. It is 8 years old.
There is also memory slotted on the back side of the motherboard that does not have a heat sink in contact with it and it gets to be close to 100 degrees Celsius which is also concerning.
The games I have seen look fantastic though. But Demon Souls isn't really my thing. I played the original and didn't care for it. I am hopeful that maybe they will have a revised console in a few years.
