Is that for all shirts, even for the Asian market?  I suppose if cuffs are quite tight some excess there is tolerable. And indeed, lengthening isn't an option.

We do not make one size for one market and another size for a different market.  Given the relatively small volumes of anything we make, that is a complication we do not need...It would add complications for our customers too, "is that the long sleeved version or the short sleeved version?...

We make what we believe to be the best compromise, sizing-wise, and remember our roots lie in biking, where longer arms are essential.  We understand that our sizing won't work for everyone, but almost whatever we did, that would still be true...
