@Graham ah, dude, I'm going to see Judge that Friday, and might see Youth of Today on the Sunday. It is a crazy weekend of classic NYHC that weekend. I can't wait to see Judge and World Be Free. Judge were one of the bands that introduced me to sxe back then, but I never got to see them. I feel like a big kid about seeing them then. It's also my wife and I'd anniversary weekend so I've got to tread lightly!
Hold the press! Sarah might have just given me a hall pass! I'm looking to book accommodation for the Friday night to do Judge and Dog Eat Dog!

Absolute legends…Incantation at The Boston Arms yesterday. Neck still aching from some serious headbanging
-
You should listen to this. It's amazing
-
@Stuart.T Sorry I missed this mate.
Are you still planning on doing Judge and DED?
The misses and I will make a day of it for DED and will be up in town all day so looking forward to hanging!
I've never been to the Dome/Boston Arms. Really need to find a show there to go to!

Just saw the Stones over the weekend. Really entertaining!

Bloody hell they literally must be ready to drop dead at any second. Fair play to them though. Keep on going till the wheels fall off

Found a great band called PUP and can't stop listening. Sorry I can't share a link since I don't know how to post Youtube videos but you should definitely check the band.

You don't know me but you don't like me…Buck Owens
-
That's good, but I've always loved the version he did with Dwight Yoakam more.
On a side note, it still blows my mind that the guy I used to watch cracking goofball jokes on Hee Haw was a genuine legend of country music.

Love this show, bought both seasons.
-
@Graham I f'ing love Brutus. I have both albums, but Nest is exceptional. Have you heard Oathbreaker, also from Belgium?
Another favourite is Dilly Dally…Kathy's voice! They are like a cross between Babes in Toyland, Pixies, and Ride

Positively IN AWE of the new Tool album. Spectacular. Stunning. Redefining.
-
^100% agree. I've been waiting, like all Tool fans, 13 years for this album and it has blown me away. I'm really glad the mix puts Danny front and center because his drumming is unreal on this album. I'm on listen #5 right now.

My setup for the first listen last night.

To be fair, really giving it the respect it deserves means intently listening and getting absolutely no work done…. Maybe not a bad thing for a Friday.
