IHSH-297-IND - Blanket Lined Denim CPO Shirt
-

It's a fab denim. It's woven with a very thin weft (in comparison to the warp), so the face looks a lot like chambray….
It’s a great denim. I didn’t think a denim so light could have that much character. Quite a smooth hand but lots of vertical action. And sort of silky. Of course I’m talking about the black version which is sulphur dyed, but it’s the same stuff otherwise.
-
I am definitely going to enjoy this. The you can see the sheen and the silkiness of the denim in the pictures.
-
Funny you should say that

My package has arrived. I can easily say that I will enjoy this way more than a PS5 also this stuff is once in a lifetime and a PS5 can be gotten again with a little effort.
I am quite blown away by the bulk and heaviness of this shirt. And the lightweight denim is so good and soft.
I sized up on this shirt so I can wash it and put it in the dryer and not worry about it shrinking too small and I can layer over stuff. My intention is to wear it like a jacket.

Great pickup Mike. I'm stoked to see you beat this one up
-
Thanks. This shirt is so good. It far exceeded my expectations.

Aren't they great! I'm so in love with my black one, that the indigo version seems necessary too. What a brilliant, counterintuitive idea to make a lined CPO out of such light denim, and still come up with a truly "Iron" shirt.
-
Yeah it's freaking great. I absolutely love it.
-
I was talking to Brock about the sizing on this shirt. So I am doing a shrinkage test. This hotel has water that is near boiling.
Time for a little 'Hot Water Music'
-
Nice you beat me to it Mike….
Has anyone else done an kind of shrink test?
I want to be able to wash and dry without worry too…I’m leaning towards grabbing an XXL

I'm going to go get shit faced and I will report back to you in a couple hours

I'll be interested to see how something with that many different fabrics and insulation reacts to a hot soak. It seems like you could get some rippling and other effects if the various fabrics shrink at different rates.
-
Yes that was a consideration. But I am doing this for a dear friend and for science.
