oh lord. my wife just put me on a diet.
damn it man
well diet doesn
t mean losing weight…so you
re good my friend -
I run daily i actually do a school run where I take my young son to school on the bus and then run home along the Thames in London for about 3 miles. I then do three sets of chins, press ups, sit ups and stretching for about half an hour. During this I plan the day ahead. I'm then on deck working at 9. I do a final set before bed. I do this five days a week without fail. On the weekends I do B.J.J. on Saturdays and Judo on Sunday with my two sons; this way I can legally throw them around and choke them out. I do like drinking but I don't do a lot of it maybe once a fortnight. I like cigars but I have slowly packed them in. It wasn't so much smoking them it was more collecting them. I'm deeply attracted to things made by hand in a traditional way; which is why I am here with you guys. I don't take drugs I'm happily married. This is my old buddy Marcus (from Australia - where I am originally from) we went to school together he broke the world record for rope climbing. Now this guy is fit and 40.

makes me want to throw up just thinking about training that hard

My usual week is 2-3 workouts with weights and 3-4 grappling workouts. Lately though, I've been having an almost continuous fever and aches in my throat. Very little working out the last 2-3 months So removed my tonsils today. Hopefully, I'll be back down to a healthy 100kg in no time
