IHSH-240-BLK - Ultra Heavy Flannel Herringbone Work Shirt - Black
To a great extent, our ultra heavy flannel (UHF) shirts define Iron Heart: heavy, rugged, but amazingly wearable. This work shirt is in an exclusive Iron Heart designed black 12oz fabric, woven in a subtle herringbone pattern with Aspero cotton from the foothills of the Andes mountains, double brushed on the inside and single brushed on the outside, resulting in a very soft yet heavy, thick, warm and windproof flannel.

I can tell you right now @neph93 as I'm still here
Althou my style and the way I like shirts to feel leans towards an XL with the 240. I could totally wear a L too for a trim fit, however it is a little on the short side but not unbearable.
Edit: After i've had a moment to think about it, I prefer the sleeves on the L.

Would you say the same for the 239? Does the large fit perfect now, but a wash would make it too small?
I have traditionally worn the XL’s in the UHF’s, but you and Neph are most similar to my size and I want to try to get the right fit the first time. The numbers look like I am right in the middle of the Large/XL sizing, and I am having difficulty with this UHF.I appreciate any insight and apologies for muddling the sizing discussion.

@Graham if you have a minute tomorrow , could you tell me how an L works on you?
Silvernips!!
It would be a strong candidate for sure

BTW guessing these are one-washed? No shrinkage to be expected if washed cold and hung up to dry?

Thank you!
