Mastersons

Didn't see a thread on this brand. Shirtmaker Michael Masterson looks to make an incredibly well constructed and detailed shirt. Just curious if anyone has any experience with the brand? I've been going back and forth on picking one up for awhile now.

yup I have the two cats-blue shirt love it, shirts may run on the slimmer side depending on runs, take care of sizing. details and fabrics topnotch. will make a pic in the next few minutes for you. also had once the prisoner shirt which is now back to a denimbro as this was unfortunately a bit too big on me @BloodnThunder

Much appreciated, @davito!

two cats-blue, micro indigo herringbone flannel. details are hard to capture, it's a very beautiful shirt, which I treasure a lot! one of my finest. I am a small guy and sized up to a 38 for a fitted look.some iPhone pics sorry have bad lightning at home. the shirt is not yet soaked, michael recommends only cold soak on these;

Thanks @davito. The shirt is a beauty. There seem to be so many subtle details that really make it special. Really love the buttons and the seam down the back. Decisions, decisions.

Bringing this thread up from the grave! S&S had this Mastersons drop a couple weeks ago and since I’ve never owned one of his shirts, I wanted to give it a shot. This is the equivalent to an XL and it is a hair large but I think after a couple of washes it should fit well. The fabric is a very light and airy indigo sashiko that has already shown some light bruising and fading even after one hot soak. It wont get much wear til probably April, but it will prob be a new summer go to for me.
