I'm enjoying a Mocha Java this morning. 85% Yemen 15% Java. I own and operate a very small roasting business. I bought an Aillio Bullet roaster a few years ago and I've been having a blast with it. I have over 2000 roasts on it now and it's hard for me to drink coffee from anyone else now. Fresh coffee makes all the difference...cheers.

RE: Pictures of your Wescos!
Custom Johannes in desert rough out leather with platinum stitching. I got these for a steal a few years ago in their discount section. IIRC the were around $350. I contacted Wesco to inquire as to why they were in the discount section of their website and the guy on the phone was stunned when he couldn't find anything wrong with them. They are the finest stitched boots I've ever seen and I get compliments on them all the time.

RE: IH-888N - 17oz Selvedge Denim Medium/High Rise Tapered Cut Jeans - Natural Indigo
Just ordered a pair...this will be my first pair of IH jeans. Ordered a shirt and a pair of the ripstop cargos and was blown away by the quality and customer service. The shirt was just stunning in both looks and quality. The cargos were fantastic but my dumb ass got so excited when ordering that I forgot to add the hemming service...lol CS said no problem and sent me a return label and are currently hemming them for me. Kudos...you now have a customer for life.
I've been hesitant to order a pair of jeans because I'm in my mid 50's and I'm a school teacher. So breaking these in will be a bizarre experience for me. I also think the 17oz is a great option because the 21oz will just be too heavy for my lifestyle.

RE: IH-555S-21 - 21oz Selvedge Denim Super Slim Jeans - Indigo PREVIOUSLY IH-555-01
Received them today and couldn't be happier...love this cut. Slim but not skinny and will make a fantastic option along with my 17oz 888 natural indigo. Anyone on the fence about these because they are listed as a "super slim" need not worry, these aren't skinny jeans. I'm assuming that most of us who are dropping $350+ on a pair of jeans are old enough to be at a point in their lives where that cost wont wreck our finances. Which also means...especially for us Americans...our skinny body days are a distant memory. lol I am in my mid 50's and I'm 6' tall and weight 200-205lbs. These 36" size fit perfectly, plenty of room in the top with a narrow leg that looks perfectly natural and not skinny. I hope this helps anyone on the fence for this cut. Now I'm off to decide which cut to get my black jeans in...lol

RE: Freenote Cloth
I'm a huge fan of Freenote Cloth shirts. I don't own any of their pants but their heavy flannels are fantastic. The Benson I have is really heavy and warm. They can be picked up on sale quite often which makes them a steal. They are an excellent value at full price but IIRC I picked this up for under $200 USD.... This pic was taken on a cold day here in Pennsylvania US and I was perfectly comfortable all day, even when riding horses.

RE: Tricker's
IMHO a pair of Acorn Stow Trickers should be a staple in every mans wardrobe. They instantly make my most casual outfits classy. Not only do they look great but they are only exceeded in comfort by my White's Semi-dress in the 55 last. This color is just stunning in person and looks fantastic with a darker pair of jeans.

RE: SDA - Studio D'Artisan
I picked up a pair of their jeans in the natural dye black...wow. Stunning stuff. It looks like they are going for different dying methods as opposed to a wide variance in fabrics...it's interesting. The jeans fir very similar to my 555s but a little tighter in the top block. They aren't nearly as comfortable as my 21oz 555s but they look and feel fantastic. Here is what I picked up... https://www.selfedge.com/studio-dartisan?product_id=3360&sort=p.date_added&order=DESC

RE: Guitars anyone???
No idea of the grade. I found some other pics of it. But nothing of the back, here is the trim, inlay, and engraved tuners.

RE: Guitars anyone???
@Jett129 located in Pittsburgh, Pa USA. I've owned Rics and Gretsch guitars in years past. I had a really cool Elliot Easton model Gretsch for a long time that I loved, the Ric I had was a great guitar but was better suited for other players. It sounded awesome but I just couldn't get it to work for me...no idea why.
I also have a Collings acoustic that I've never seen anywhere else. It's supposedly a D2G which is their version of the Martin Drednought, the G in the name stands for a German Spruce top. But what makes this D2G different is that it has their "mom" inlay which is an elaborate scroll, engraved Waverly tuners, and a Brazilian Rosewood back and sides. It might be the only one of its kind, but that is just speculation.

RE: Guitars anyone???
@AdamJ my favorite guitars are my custom ones built for me by Nik Huber. I have 4, a Dolphin II in Korina with brazilian rosewood fretboard. If it isn't the first one in korina he made it's damn close. The other is a Redwood Dolphin..it's a hollow korina body with a one piece redwood top, braz board. A dolphin Jr in korina with braz board and an Orca (LP style) with korina body, eastern maple top and braz board.
His guitars just speak to me and have since the first time I played them at NAMM in the early 2000's.

RE: RRL
@Matt not all their stuff is made in China, the line is composed of stuff made from all over the place. IIRC their jeans are made in the US.
