IH-777D
tick tock wanna rock
Can you make these in a wider thigh cut like the 888? long inseam too?
Same. Are these a thing? Why why why does the duck only come in 666 and small thigh cuts?

Experience with IH-888S-Re?
Anyone have any experience or feedback with the recycled denim used in the IH-888S-re from earlier this year? Shrinkage (inseam particularly important to me), fades, texture, etc.

UK to USA proxy ship volunteer?
I live in the US and would like to purchase a pair of pants from a UK retailer that can't/won't ship to the US. I'm looking for a UK-based forum/Stubborn Crew member that I can ship the pants to and then have that person forward to my US address.
Obviously I would pay for shipping and can compensate for time/effort if needed. Pls PM if interested

RE: IHSH-206-GRN - Ultra Heavy Classic Check Western Shirt in Green
echoing what others have said, this run is on the small side but actually fits me much better than the other XXXLs I have. Fabric and color are incredible, better than I could have hoped for. Supposed to dip into the 60s here in Kentucky in next week, so I will definitely be breaking this one out.
Still hoping for the brown check work shirt…

RE: IH-634-XHS - 25oz Selvedge Denim Straight Cut Jeans - Indigo
@cbnewman here are some fit pics. First pic is from June 2015, at the start of the DWC, along with the IHSH-33, when new and tapered; pics 2 and 3 are after a few months wear; last pics are from Feb 2018, after 18+ months wear, 20+ washes. I retired them around about Feb/March 2017 because they were too tight, restrictive and uncomfortable, but still my favorite pair. You can see from the progression that the denim does shrink even though it's sanforized. You should consider this this, and whether to wash them a couple of times, or not, before tapering.
Also, when RCFG tapered them, my order was to hem to 34" inseam. Somehow, they missed that and only tapered them. The first pics with cuffs the jeans are about 35.5-36.0" inseam, and were way too long. After about 4 months I realized they hadn't been hemmed, and I sent them back to RCFG to have them hemmed to 34.0" inseam. 34 was still a bit long, but I wanted to get some Madd Stak Fadz. ;D
Thanks. Those look awesome. Love the cut and fades. I’ll be sending these off to RCFG once the Kentucky humidity sets in and I’m spending more time in shorts

RE: IH-634-XHS - 25oz Selvedge Denim Straight Cut Jeans - Indigo
@cbnewman I had my 634-XHS size 33, that I posted a couple pages back, tapered by RCFG to an 8.25" leg opening. Started the taper at their standard length from crotch to knee of 13", left the original knee width. I'm very pleased with the results.
@mpukas I like the sound of that. My tag is 34 and the leg opening sounds like just what I'm looking for. I'd love to see some fit pics if you have the time/inclination

RE: IH-634-XHS - 25oz Selvedge Denim Straight Cut Jeans - Indigo
@kiya and @Giles need to get get together and come up with a 633-XHS, with a leg opeing not smaller than 8". Thanks in advance!
@Giles I second this!

RE: IH-634-XHS - 25oz Selvedge Denim Straight Cut Jeans - Indigo
I always liked the measurements here, but was put off by the very large leg opening (waist 36) and need to taper. I'd rather not have to screw around with jeans straight off the bat, but that might be what I do if I buy these next. I have the 888 UHRs now, so time to eye up the next thing
Great idea. I was going to base the taper off of two pairs of 3sixteens I have. Probably safer to base my measurements on existing IH cuts
I can’t afford any taper through the thighs however; 13” is a minimum as it turns out. Have a pair that measures at 12.5 and the crotch is blowing out because they bind

RE: IH-634-XHS - 25oz Selvedge Denim Straight Cut Jeans - Indigo
@cbnewman
I got my pronto double indigo 25oz tapered by rail car knee and below and it worked greet . I also reduce the leg opening and the job well done by rail car .
XHS doesn’t react at all. It looks all natural like it was tailored tapered by iron heartSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
That’s awesome. Do you know about how much you tapered the leg opening? I’m thinking as much as 1 1/2” maybe 2” but worried that will be too much

RE: IH-634-XHS - 25oz Selvedge Denim Straight Cut Jeans - Indigo
Anyone have any experience getting the leg below the knee tapered on this cut? I had to get the 634 because it's the only jean I could find with a 33" waist, 13" thigh and a 36+" inseam. I love my XHS, but I think I'd like a smaller leg opening and less baggy below the knee look.
I have a reputable denim tailor (Railcar fine goods) that will do the work. I'm worried about how the extra heavy duty will react to a taper.
Also, these jeans of mine are pretty new; one soak and about 6 days of wear so far. Should I get them altered now or wait until they are a little more broken in?
