And thank you very much to fellow Canuck @goosehd for his excellent advice in recommending @tody. I have been angling for this vest for some time, and could not have attained it without either of them. Merry Christmas and best wishes to all in this IH clan! It's a tightly knit community which I am learning to appreciate mightily. I can see that this forum is more than just a marketing tool. Merci beaucoup!

RE: IHSH-235-BLK - 13oz Military Serge Western Shirt - Black
@mclaincausey I did not know this fundamental of something that I dearly love.
Thank you for the illumination of something I surely should have sought out before.
...something new every day!

And the relaying is Very much appreciated, indeed! @Tody was good enough to conduct that which it took to buy and supply the beast. Many thanks to you, sir! It goes above and beyond, and reflects your good nature and love of Iron Heart, methinks. It looks (too) good on you! I'm in your debt.

"I wish I was better at selling my gear but it pains me to do so. I put stuff in rotation all the time just to justify owning it."
Just so, gentlemen.
I buy IH gear for their investment value (too), but find I can never resell even one item. They become a part of me.
So I use it.
Maybe that's the idea...Rock on with your bad selves. Wherever you are.
And then I thought to check Reuben's status before I sent this, and lo and behold!
Sending anyway.
And gonna scoop this sick vest one of these days. -

T4920 and Zee Boo: Apt description and definition. Agreed.

RE: IHSB-BIGBUCK-BLK - Black Deerskin Western Shirt - The Big Buck
@Chap, I have only now discovered this Big Buck's existence. Peerless.
You wear it well, and I also love the bits of your environment that are in the background shots here.
You have an overload of style.
All excellence. -
RE: Neph out of action again… and for a bit longer this time.
Well, you sure hide it well.
I, too, am addicted to IH, so have read your many posts - your red bandana'd head shots are almost synonymous with IH, accordingly.
Always considered, knowledgeable, measured and articulately delivered.
Your output rivals Mr. Haraki's.
I remember one post in particular resonating, where a newby posited something along the lines of being amazed at the high and consistent quality of IH and how it may be all any one needs to buy. I remember your reserved reply in the affirmative. That turned me, I think, for good. There are only a few others that I have a few pieces of that compare - Real McCoys and a couple of other small Japanese houses; also leather, which Mr Haraki does not create. And, having renovated my share of houses, I lived vicariously through your chronicled effort - again, I can't believe that you had the capacity to share that. That was a full effort, and I know how it is. Heritage designated abodes…I think that mayhaps that was overload.
It was for me. So I stopped it.
You will recover.
You are too level-headed to fail.
See you on the other side, man. -
RE: Where does everyone live?
Hello!
I live in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada and have been collecting Iron Heart via Grailed and eBay for a couple of years now.
I've come to understand how Iron Heart is generally built better than the rest, especially as IH relates to the bikes and things related that I love and collect (Ducati, Arai, Dainese, Iron Heart, White's and Wesco).
For knowing American bike fans, I also have a Confederate Hellcat (which helps justify the collection of the latter 3).
I almost feel that I know Giles and Co, as they and the regular contributors clash via the smart discussions I've read on Forum while I've researched each item I've bought. Now I see something on the IH Buy and Sell that I like, so here I am joining The Club.
Rock on with your bad selves.
Long Live Iron Heart!
